How do I place an order?+
KIAAN HOUSE is not yet accepting online orders — checkout will open as the House begins fulfilling pieces. Add favourites to your bag or wishlist now, and you'll be notified the moment ordering opens.
Can I amend or cancel an order after placing it?+
Once online ordering opens, order changes will be handled by our customer care team. Details on amendment and cancellation windows will be published here ahead of launch.

Saree Sizing
Is there a standard saree size?+
Every KIAAN HOUSE saree is Standard Saree Size / One Size — a saree length of approximately 5.5 metres with an accompanying blouse piece of approximately 0.8 metres, ready for tailoring to your measurements.
Does the blouse piece need tailoring?+
Yes. The blouse piece included with each saree is unstitched fabric, meant to be tailored to your measurements by a tailor of your choice.
Fabric & Care
What fabrics does KIAAN HOUSE use?+
Each saree's fabric is listed on its product page. The current collection includes handloom cotton, linen blends and georgette, finished with hand block-printing, hand-painting or hand-appliqué techniques.
How should I care for my saree?+
Care instructions are specific to each piece and listed on its product page. As a general guide, most KIAAN HOUSE sarees are best dry cleaned, and hand-painted or hand-appliquéd details should avoid soaking, wringing or direct steam.
